On meeting our clients here in Natal we provide a full day property viewing tour with the following itinery;
Hotel pick-up at 9am, General overview of 60-100kms of coastline and full orientation of the buying process. We guarantee to show you at least 10 properties that are tailored to your requirements (price range, lot size, number of rooms, proximity to the beach) during the day.
We aim to show as much as you want to see on the day and give you as much information as you need as well as finding you the perfect place to buy in Natal! Hotel drop-off at 4.30pm
The 200reals fee for this viewing tour will be fully refunded when you buy a property through our company.

The purchase of property here in Brazil is pretty straightforward providing all the safety guards are in place and you have a professional in your corner, representing your interests.
STEPS FOR BUYING PROPERTY IN BRAZIL
- Decide on best property to buy for your requirements
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale
- Purchasing and sales agreement drawn up for buyer and seller to sign
- Buyer sends deposit(usually 10-20%depending on conditions of sale)
- Documents prepared,transfer taxes paid and outstanding debts cleared on the property

Final payment made by international money wire on transfer of deed at the local notary office
(30-60days after signing initial purchasing contract) - Requirements for sale on behalf of the buyer;Passport and C.P.F(tax registration number)

We can arrange for cleaning, security, payment of bills, renovation work, gardening and anything else you might need for your property and will keep in regular contact with you via e-mail, phone when you are overseas.
We aim to build long-term relationships with our clients and are committed to a high level of service for the long-term.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SELL UP AND REPATRIATE MY MONEY?
You`ve bought a property, fully enjoyed the Brazilian venture, seen the price go up and now want/ need to sell. No problem….We can put it back on the market, realize the sale and get your money repatriated for you as we have done for other clients in the past. As long as you first pay your 15%capital gains tax, the sales proceeds can be sent to your bank account abroad.

These beaches were especially beautiful in our favorite area, *Genipabu Beach*. My wife and I not only plan for our retirement future, (45 years old we are hoping), we act on it, and decided to in this case, and bought in Natal.... We found the property price comparison in Natal to be hugely undervalued compared to Canadian property values.The weather is incredible and the food prices are a fraction of the cost. What more is there to a couple's overhead expense? That is why we decided to purchase and a own property in Natal. Our future becomes easy to see, especially with a combined overhead expense roughly 50% less of North American costs, why would you retire anywhere else? After finding Mike Smith on the web and exchanging a few calls.... I went to Genipabu, Natal, and lived 2 houses down from him for 1 week. I spent my time evaluating properties to buy, but also, was there to get a feel for who he is as a person. I watched him take calls and respond to matters from his many clients. Initial costs of building a moderate home on this plot are a fraction of a single bedroom apartment in Vancouver. *I would rather own a beautiful house on a hill and retire in Brazil early... than be in debt, own a small apartment, and retire in Vancouver late.
